I had a memorable stay at this renovated lodge that beautifully blends luxury with classic charm. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, especially with the stunning mountain views. While the accommodation was superb, the service experience during check-in left something to be desired, impacting my overall rating. Also, some areas can feel a little dark due to lighting issues in the rooms, which could be improved.
We enjoyed our stay at the lodge with its beautiful grounds and spacious accommodations. The room was immaculate, offering a huge bathroom and great comfort. While the overall experience was quite lovely, we faced some issues with service that dampened our experience. The location is fabulous for exploring shops, but I encountered significant troubles with maintenance that were alarming.
I had a mixed experience at the Sun Valley Resort. While the location was stunning and offered a winter wonderland experience, the service was lacking. I found the accommodations to be below the expected standard, especially considering the price I paid. Although there were several fun activities available on-site, the execution of basics like room comfort and dining needs a lot of improvement.
